Shay Omar has worked in automotive retail since 2006. He began in business development before moving into Volkswagen sales and pre-owned vehicle management. Over the years, he took on broader leadership roles and gained experience across sales, service, parts, accounting, and finance.
Today, Shay serves as General Manager of Castle Volkswagen of Schaumburg. He works closely with each department to make sure customers get the help they need.
